This early immersion in the trade led Kevin to become a licensed contractor by the age of 18, eventually honing his technical expertise on massive, multi-year commercial projects that utilized advanced heavy-scale engineering.
For the past 35+ years, Kevin has called the WNC mountains home, translating his lifelong technical mastery into the region's most exclusive residential estates. He doesn't just manage job sites; he curates them. By merging three decades of structural knowledge with an uncompromising drive for architectural excellence, Kevin ensures that every Timber Creek home is as structurally sound as it is visually breathtaking.
In an industry often defined by volume, Kevin has chosen a different path: intentional scale. He personally oversees every project as the lead builder, deliberately limiting Timber Creek’s active calendar. This allows him to maintain a constant, dedicated presence on-site, ensuring that his forty-year standard of excellence is woven into every timber, stone, and finish.
